The league sometimes shares photos and short videos from games, practices, tryouts, and league events — on this website, in league emails, and on our social media pages.

• We never publish a player’s full name with their photo.
• Photos are used only to share league news. They are never sold, and families are not paid for their use.
• You can opt out. The registration form asks about photos for every player. If you choose not to allow photos, we will not publish any photo or video in which your child can be recognized, including team photos.
• You can change your answer at any time. Email us through the contacts page. We will remove photos of your child from our website and social media as quickly as we can, but we cannot recall emails that have already been sent.
• Your choice applies to the current season. You’ll be asked again each year when you register.
• We aim to show girls’ and boys’ teams equally, across grades and both programs.

Games and events are open to the public, so the league cannot control photos taken by other families, spectators, opposing teams, or the press.
